The Staff

There are currently 11 members of staff - 7 full time and 4 part time. They are active in:

Establishing a cohesive development framework and a phased investment programme for the area.
Commissioning master plans and implementation strategies for key regeneration sites.
Working in partnership with landowners and investors to create viable development packages.
Securing the support and commitment of the community through active communication, consultation and dialoque and by demonstrating the benefits of the regeneration process.
Working with public sector partners to secure resource commitments.
Working to ensure that all development helps to raise the quality threshold.
