Masterplan
The Masterplan for Irvine Bay provides guidance, on a strategic level, for future development. This document contains an overall vision for the development of the Irvine Bay and five smaller Masterplans for the five towns. It includes some specific recommendations including the preparation of detailed Masterplans together with their Strategic Environmental Assessment.
