The Masterplan for Irvine Bay will provide guidance, on a strategic level, for future development. This document will contain an overall vision for the development of the Irvine Bay and five smaller Masterplans for the five settlements. It will include some specific recommendations including the preparation of detailed Masterplans together with their Strategic Environmental Assessment.
